Connecticut: Our Great State, Part 2

Tuesday

1:10 PM – 2:50 PM

3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7

Back once again with new stories about characters and historic events that have shaped our history. With the help of award-winning videos we review the lives and stories of some of our famous residents including Samuel Colt, Katherine Hepburn, Gutzon Borglum, Jackie Robinson, and PT Barnum. We explore the state’s different regions and their histories, mapping out spring and summer day trips to scenic locations and, of course, great restaurants. Part I is not a pre-requisite for this course.

8 sessions starting Tuesday, March 12 at 1:10pm
